Singiser-Liedman Industries, LLC is the creation of Principals Joseph Singiser and Eli Liedman.  SLI, LLC specializes in creating construction industry-specific inventions and intellectual property.  With nearly 50 years' of combined construction experience between the Principals, SLI's inventions incorporate real solutions to real world needs.

Corporate Bios

Joseph Singiser has over 30 years' experience in the construction industry.  Specializing in field operations and management, Joe has supervised countless residential, hospitality, and commercial construction projects as large as 250,000 square feet from the field.  Joe has extensive experience in such varying trades as HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical controls, carpentry, framing, and iron work.  Joe holds an ARI EPA-approved Type Universal HVAC certification; HVAC I, II, and III certificates of completion from OCVTS; a Home Inspectors Certificate; and a WTTI Welding Certificate. 

Eli Liedman, LEED AP has over 15 years' experience in the construction industry in both the private and public sectors.  Specializing in real estate development oversight and project management, Eli has managed such varying development projects as large-scale residential conversions in Manhattan, ground-up projects in Philadelphia, industrial renovations in the New York Metropolitan area, and the structural rehabilitation of the Triborough Bridge in New York City.  Eli is a volunteer for the New York Professional Chapter of Engineer’s Without Borders and is currently the General Manager for the Chapter’s largest ever design-build project, a full service medical facility in Belen, Peru.  He is also a Young Leader Member of the Urban Land Institute and an Alumni Mentor at New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate.  Eli holds a Master of Science degree from New York University in Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia University in Civil Engineering.
